The intelligent and efficient pulverizer is a core optimization upgrade based on the pulverizer, which has the advantages of low energy consumption, low production efficiency, and high failure maintenance rate in the start-up production. It has the advantages of low start-up production energy consumption, intelligent automation of production, and low maintenance rate. At the same time, it is an energy-saving and efficient ultrafine pulverizer that can achieve assembly line production operations.

Adopting advanced microcomputer technology, the high-efficiency permanent magnet motor has the following characteristics:

1. Multi purpose: The speed can be adjusted from 500 to 6000 revolutions per minute (the lower limit can be set to 0 speed), making it easy to meet the needs of various materials, including coarse and fine materials;

2. Low power grid load: starting current of 0.5~2A (depending on the load situation), maximum load current of 25A. Using a 4-square-meter copper conductive wire at room temperature of 22 ℃ can enable the equipment to operate normally at full load.

3. Energy saving: Using high-speed permanent magnet motors with a motor efficiency of ≌ 87%, traditional crushers can save energy and electricity by ≌ 15-25% compared to the same speed.

4. Intelligent production: Real time control of production, processing, cutting, and powder operations using microcomputer numerical control technology, without stopping or clearing blockages. Automatic restart of operations can achieve long-term continuous production without manual labor. And it can achieve centralized control of intelligent production factory management through the connection of RS485/MODBUS communication protocol.

5. Intelligent protection: current overcurrent, overvoltage and undervoltage, overheating and overload protection.

Product usage functions

The energy-saving and high-efficiency crusher is an intelligent multifunctional and efficient model that can be conveniently used in various environments such as factories, pharmacies, and dispensing rooms. It also supports online networking of Industry 4.0 automated intelligent production lines. During online work, RS485/Modbus communication can be used to accept upper level management and control operations, achieving unmanned automatic assembly line operations. In areas such as dispensing rooms, hospitals, and traditional Chinese medicine rooms that do not require automated assembly line production operations, manual cutting can also be used for material crushing. During production operations, the power grid load is low and the current is small, making it easy for the terminal store's mains power flow to meet the product's electricity needs.

3.3 Function Settings: To ensure the normal use and optimal performance of the product, it is necessary to set the following functional parameters as the basis for correct function settings as needed. 3.3.1 Function Operation Instructions: The driver's operation panel adopts a three-level menu structure for parameter settings and other operations. The three-level menus are: Function parameter group (first level menu) → Function code (second level menu) → Function code setting value (third level menu). The operation process is shown in the figure. Explanation: When operating the third level menu, you can press the PRG key or ENTER key to return to the second level menu. The difference between the two is that pressing the ENTER key saves the set parameters and returns to the secondary menu, automatically transferring to the next function code; Pressing the PRG key will directly return to the secondary menu, without storing parameters, and return to the current function code.
